Return and exchange policy: 1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to replace or return the product provided by the store within two days from the date of receipt of the product, and he does not have the right to replace the product after two days. 2- To return or exchange the product, the product must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or benefited from it, and the store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety. 3- The consumer bears the costs of the return or exchange process, and in the case of international return, the consumer bears all shipping costs and delivering the product to the shipping company, and in case of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated. 4- If the customer did not receive the shipment from the shipping company, the shipment will be returned to us, and then upon receiving the unreceived shipment from the shipping company, it will be sorted within two to eight working days, and the amount will be refunded minus the shipping fees for both ways, which is 40 riyals. The consumer does not have the right to return or exchange if a defect appears in the product due to poor handling by the consumer.
